YVOD has standardized on a single XHTML “YVOD Example Page 12-15-05”. The CSS file can be viewed here.
A few things of note:
top-2 and middle-2 are fluid and will expand to fill with the window
min-width is set to stop static elements from colliding
left-2 has position: relative and bottom: 0 to park it at the bottom of the left column
