New Soul (Cover)
I’m a new soul I came to this strange world
Hoping I could learn a bit about how to give and take
But since I came here felt the joy and the fear
Finding myself making every possible mistake
la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la…
I’m a young soul in this very strange world
Hoping I could learn a bit about what is true and fake
But why all this hate? Try to communicate
Finding trust and love is not always easy to make
la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la…
This is a happy end
cause’ you don’t understand
everything you have done
why is everything so wrong
This is a happy end
come and give me your hand
I’ll take your far away
I’m a new soul I came to this strange world
hoping I could learn a bit about how to give and take.
But since I came here felt the joy and the fear
finding myself making every possible mistake.
la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la…
La voix d’Yael est si pure et naturelle, elle le fera loin et elle est aussi très jolie.
i love this song. one thing that i’m wondering though, about the instrumentation. there is a brass instrument playing throughout most of the song which is very prevalent. it could be a lot of things, but i’m thinking that it is a french horn first, and my second guess is a trombone. does anyone know?!

The video makes me think it as a little of bot. My ears say the same. Certainly there is a trombone in there. I “feel” like there is a French horn as well.
Song sure sounds sweet =)

It’s a trombone. I play and I tell you for certain that it’s a trombone.

Yes I play trombone as well (though trumpet primarily), and I am 100% sure that’s a trombone (also note that there is a trombone player in the video at the end). However, what I want to know, is who plays it? I’ve searched everywhere for instrument credits. And it seems at 1:27-1:45, there are several brass instruments. I think I heard a trumpet in there somewhere…

i also play trombone and while it does sound like there are multiple brass instruments from 1:27-1:45, after listening to it over and over again, i’ve come to the conclusion that it’s in fact a trombone playing. i’ve also come to the conclusion that there is in fact more than one trombone playing. it sounds as if there’s 3 bones playing, one perhaps being a bass bone. you can hear the multiple trombones and the multiple chords/parts most notably from 1:37-1:45. but of course i could be wrong!! anyone been able to find the arrangement for the trombone part(s)?!?!
***EDIT*** check out this youtube video. it lists all the instruments!! just click the about this video section!http://youtube.com/watch?v=BgDMrddV7XQ
and i guess i was wrong and right lol! it is a trombone playing that part, but there’s not 3 of them, there’s 2!
Anyone care to take the time to kindly write the trombone part out for me on a Sib. file or something? I’d be ever so grateful :]

how do u play this on the piano?!
Could a trumpet sound as good as the trombone in this song?
