Ulan’s Grand Slam

A perfect breakfast includes as many organic ingredients as possible. Baby Bella and Shitake mushrooms, Yukon Gold potatoes, broccoli, bell and jalapeño peppers, gold onions and eggs. The grits are not organic but I’m working on that. The sharp cheddar cheese in them definitely is. Life is Grand™️
