Good Food

Ran across this post about new snack foods and cereals for 2024. I looked in my fridge and decided to make a meal of food that I think is good.

Kale, green peas, onions, shallots, mushrooms, squash, veggie bulgogi, black beans and rice. And for my drink, I blended some flax seeds, honey and water.

I enjoy eating healthy stuff. Yummy.
