Time to make some new stuff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stale\/dry (not moldy!) bread<br \/>\nOlive oil<br \/>\nParmesan cheese (grated fine)<br \/>\nOregano<br \/>\nTyme<br \/>\nPepper<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut the bread in to small (~1&#8243;) squares. Place in a large bowl. Add spices to taste. Add enough olive oil to coat most of the bread lightly. You do not want the pieces soaking. Half of the surface area having no oil is fine. You really just want enough so the spices adhere to the bread and do not fall off.<\/p>\n<p>Toss.<\/p>\n<p>Add cheese. Toss again.<\/p>\n<p>I use a cookie sheet with parchment pager for easy clean up. Spread the bread one layer thick.
