I got turned onto this a few weeks back by Henning. I immediately got hooked and have since spread the word to others. The folks who actually watch the video and then follow his advice have seen dramatic improvements in their email productivity. The ideas are great and the delivery in the video is easy to follow. I suggest you give it a whirl.
